Here at ISH, our aim is to deliver services that would help you grow your business. While we work remotely, we make sure that our turn around is fast and of quality. With our Engineers, we collaborate remotely with your Project Manager, on site Engineers and support staff. We can design building automation systems for standard facilities such as data centers, laboratories, hospitals, etc.

From gathering and evaluating necessary documents needed in preparation to proceed with the control system design and engineering, coordinating with the Project Manager for the preparation for designs and submittals of documents and drawings for the proposed BMS system, selecting control products, components, applications and systems to providing functional descriptions, network topology, device/equipment schedules, points list, schematic diagrams and other pertinent submittal documents.

Project Engineering

Our Engineers does Programming and Installation of Sauter controllers using Sauter CASE Engine. Here, we design and build graphics for HMI, front ends, and/or dashboards using Sauter CASE Vision. Creating configuration for the graphics to be installed in the Sauter Vision Center and set-up other necessary requirements for the front-end (e.g. energy management module, set-up HDA, combined charts).

Programming and Graphics

ISH Engineers remotely coordinates with Controls Technician to support third party commissioning as needed. We do BMS problem troubleshooting (backend and frontend); remote commissioning support is done by coordinating point-to-point checkouts to ensure connectivity between fields devices and controllers. Assisting with Hardware/Software calibration as required and providing and maintaining project documentation for development of "As-Built" drawings.

Remote Commissioning Support

We provide technical support to our client as we review and monitor BMS operations and list any defects found. We do troubleshooting of BMS problems (backend and frontend), create and submit DLP reports as required, ensures its control functionalities and make necessary software modifications to ensure mechanical systems to operate as designed. We keep system up to date in terms of software / firmware (SVC Management)
